1) The purchased guitar lessons are downloaded as .mp4 video files.
You will need VLC, Quicktime or Real Player to view them.

2) How to download your lessons.
Any lessons that you buy from the archive should be download as follows:
- make sure you are logged in
- go to "My Files"- Click "view" on the order.
- Then you should be able to click on the song name to download your file.
3) How to open the lesson file.
Once you have downloaded the file
- The file should be a .zip file. "as_an_example.zip"
- If the file does not have .zip on the end, then please re-name the file with .zip on the end.
