I've paid for a lesson but I can't log-in/lesson not available.
Our user-management system is automated. 999 times out of 1000 it works flawlessly, but on occasion some accounts aren't automatically updated to allow new access. Before submitting a support ticket, make sure you clear your browser cache, and refresh your browser. If that doesn't work, open a support ticket and we'll be happy to help.
Why can't I log in with my Username and Password from the old vGuitar Site?We're using a new system to manage site memberships and were unable to transfer old account to the new site. If you wish to buy any new lessons you will need to create a new account which is done as part of the checkout process.
If you have any questions about your old account of previously purchased lessons, please submit a support ticket and we'll do everything we can to re-unite you with your old lessons.
Will you record a lesson for me? I want to learn xxxx by xxxxxxx.
We don't record lessons on request, however, if you let us know what song you would like to learn, we do take note, and if there's enough interest we will create it.
I bought a lesson in the past, I've lost it, can I have another copy?
If you've got the original receipt or proof of payment please open a support ticket and let us know the details.
Why can't I hear any sound on the videos!
We use mp4 videos with aac sound, this is the most widely compatible video format, but occasionally people need to install an extra plug-in to get audio working (often on 64bit machines) - click here and install this plug-in if you're having problems.
