Why can't I log in with my Username and Password from the old vGuitar Site?We're using a new system to manage site memberships and were unable to transfer old account to the new site. If you wish to buy any new lessons you will need to create a new account which is done as part of the checkout process.

Will you record a lesson for me? I want to learn xxxx by xxxxxxx.
We don't record lessons on request, however, if you let us know what song you would like to learn, we do take note, and if there's enough interest we will create it.

I bought a lesson in the past, I've lost it, can I have another copy?
If you've got the original receipt, please email it to us and we will give you access to the lesson again. Unfortunately we're unable to go back far into the sales history to find individual sales. There have been too many over the years to track down individual sales.

Why can't I hear any sound on the videos!
We use mp4 videos with aac sound, this is the most widely compatible video format, but occasionally people need to install an extra plug-in to get audio working (often on 64bit machines) - click here and install this plug-in if you're having problems.

Can I share my account with someone else?
No, this is a violation of our terms of use. The system uses IP tracking to stop account sharing and if suspected of sharing your details your account will be closed.

Does ben do lessons in person?
Sorry, no, there's far too many requests for this to make it a real possibility.
